Eligibility and Legal Agreement

By using the Services provided by Cashonomy, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract enforceable under Indian law, including the Indian Contract Act of 1872. If you are not eligible under this Act, please stop using the Platform immediately. Information Protection

Upon using the Application, you acknowledge that all information, content, materials, and products available within it are protected and secured.

Tracking and KYC Compliance

You agree to allow us to track your financial details, including investments, through the Application. Prior to making any transactions or using our services, you may be required to complete the Know Your Client (KYC) process, as mandated by regulatory authorities.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. In the event of any unauthorized access or use of your account, you agree to notify us immediately. Cashonomy is not liable for any loss or damage if you fail to notify us.

Cashonomy is not responsible for the availability of content or services on third-party sites linked from the Application. We encourage you to review the terms of use for any third-party sites you access. Cashonomy disclaims all express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose regarding products or services available through third-party websites.

Software and Hardware Ownership

You acknowledge that the software and hardware used to access the Application are owned by Cashonomy or its third-party vendors.

Eligibility for Products and Services

Certain products or services available through the Application may not be accessible to you. Cashonomy reserves the right to determine your eligibility based on its criteria.

Transaction and Bank Account Use

All transactions made through the Cashonomy Application must be conducted using your own bank account.

Credit Data Authorization

You consent to Cashonomy fetching your credit data from CRIF High Mark, Experian, or other credit bureaus for the purpose of providing our services.

Platform Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Platform in any way that may damage, disable, impair, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, or negatively affect other users’ experience. Additionally, you agree not to remove any proprietary notices or text contained in any content downloaded from the Platform.

Account Suspension or Termination

Cashonomy reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or block your access to the Platform if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you have violated, abused, or manipulated these Terms and Conditions.

Consent to Communications

By using the Application, you consent to receiving communications from Cashonomy regarding your registration, transactions, and other related matters via phone, email, SMS, or other forms of communication. This consent overrides any DND (Do Not Disturb) or NDNC (National Do Not Call) preferences you may have registered for. If you wish to stop receiving such communications, you can opt-out at any time by deleting your account or contacting us at care@cashonomy.in.

You agree to promptly update your account information if there are any changes. Cashonomy will rely on the most current information provided by you.
